Visitation Academy
Visitation Academy is an independent Catholic school educating young boys, girls and young women ages 2 to 18. The Lower School includes a co-ed Montessori preschool and an all girls' program for K through Grade 6. The Upper School offers a challenging college preparatory program for young women Grades 7 through 12. All students are educated within a community that strives to "Live Jesus" and instills values of gentle strength, optimism, respect and loving concern. A small student-teacher ratio ensures personal attention for each student. Founded in 1833 by the Visitation Sisters, the Academy is rich in tradition and community. Upper School French Teacher
Visitation Academy, a private Catholic school, co-ed Montessori and all girls in Kindergarten through Grade 12, seeks a vibrant, creative upper school French teacher. Candidates should possess a master¹s degree in French, teaching certification, three to five years experience in teaching high school students and the ability to communicate his/her passion for teaching and enthusiasm for the French language and culture. Faculty members also serve as advisors, activities moderators, and participate in the life of the community.

English Teacher
Visitation Academy, founded in St. Louis by the Sisters of the Visitation in 1833, is a private, Catholic school educating young boys, girls and young women ages 2-18. Visitation is seeking an Upper School English teacher. Candidates should possess a Masters degree in English, teaching certification, three to five years experience in teaching middle school-high school students and the ability to communicate his/her passion for teaching and enthusiasm for literature, writing and learning. A willingness to participate fully in the community beyond the classroom is also essential.
