Lower School (Toddlers - Grade 6)
Toddlers - Grade 4
Families interested in the Toddler Program through Grade 4 should apply online via Visitation Academy's site.
After submitting the online application, families should also forward copies of the Academy's teacher recommendation form and transcript release form to their current school. School personnel should then return these forms directly to Visitation Academy.Once you have submitted your information online, you should view detailed information about the rest of the application process for students Age 2 - Grade 4.
Grades 5 and 6
Families interested in Grades 5 and 6 should apply online using the ISSL Secondary School Online Application beginning September 1. Note that you will leave the Visitation's site to complete this process and must create a new account (if you have not already done so) before beginning the application.
The online application includes four sections:
- Parent Information
- Student Information
- Transcript Release and School Profile Request
- Recommendation Form
Once you have completed the application, you should then view detailed information about the rest of the admission process for Grades 5 and 6. Important instructions for requesting transcripts and scores from your current school are included.
Upper School (Grades 7-12)
