Lower School (Age 2 - Grade 6)
Families interested in the Toddler Program through Grade 4 should apply online via Visitation Academy's Web site.
After submitting the online application, families should also forward copies of the Academy's teacher recommendation form and transcript release form to their current school. School personnel should then return these forms directly to Visitation Academy.
Once you have submitted your information online, you should view detailed information about the rest of the application process for students Age 2 - Grade 4.
Grades 5 and 6
Families interested in Grades 5 and 6 should apply online using Visitation's SSAT form beginning August 1. Note that you will leave the Academy's Web site to complete this process and must create a new account (if you have not already done so) before beginning the application.
Part of the online application includes a printable PDF that contains an academic record form, math recommendation form and English recommendation form. Note that the principal/head/counselor form also included in that PDF is not required for admission. These forms should be returned directly to SSAT.
Printing and completing the one-page Visitation Academy supplement also is required.
