Visit Viz

Visitation Academy offers numerous opportunities for you to learn more about life as a Viz student. Some even take place off-campus and may be hosted at locations near your home. Upcoming recruitment events include:

High School Nights

Various dates (see below) from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
For prospective families interested in the Upper School (Grades 7-12)
Hosted off site, at various locations in the St. Louis area

October

Discover Viz

Sunday, October 14 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
An on campus visit program for families interested in either the Lower School (students age 2 – Grade 6) or the Upper School (Grades 7-12). We will begin the event with a 1:00 p.m. presentation for all families, followed by tours of both Lower School and Upper School. Please expect to attend from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. as this is not a typical open house event.

Secondary School Night

Tuesday, October 16 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Chaminade College Preparatory School
For prospective families interested in the Upper School (Grades 7-12)
Hosted off site – Chaminade will host this year


November

Open House – Upper School

Sunday, November 4 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m.
An on campus visit program for families interested in the Upper School (Grades 7-12). Please arrive any time between 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. (last tour will depart at 3:30 p.m.)


December

Wednesday Tours

December 5 & 12 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
A chance for families to tour either the Lower School (students age 2 – Grade 6) or the Upper School (Grades 7-12). Please r.s.v.p to attend tour by calling (314) 625-9292 for Lower School and/or (314) 625-9103 for Upper School.


January

6th Grade Lock In

Friday, January 11 at 7:00 p.m. through Saturday, January 12 at 8:00 a.m.
An overnight event for prospective 7th grade students and current Viz 6th graders; by invitation only

Sneak Preview Night

Monday, January 28 from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
For the parents of currently enrolled Viz 6th graders and the parents of prospective 7th grade students; by invitation only

Wednesday Tours

January 9, 16, 23 & 30 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
A chance for families to tour either the Lower School (students age 2 – Grade 6) or the Upper School (Grades 7-12). Please r.s.v.p to attend tour by calling (314) 625-9292 for Lower School and/or (314) 625-9103 for Upper School.

Homecoming

Friday, February 1 early evening
A chance for prospective students and families to attend our Homecoming games and festivities; wear your red and white

An on campus visit program for families interested in the Lower School (students age 2 – Grade 6) after the January 18 application deadline. Please arrive any time between 10 a.m. and Noon.

April 3, 10, 17 & 24/ May 1 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
