Viz Named Among Top 6 Athletic Programs
In its July 7, 2010 issue, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch recognized Visitation Academy as one of the top five runners-up for best athletic program among St. Louis-area small schools.
Among the highlights cited by the Post-Dispatch were the soccer Vivettes' state title, the tennis team's runner-up status, and several of the golf team's individual finishes.
Other runners up included Althoff Catholic High School, Freeburg High School, MICDS and Whitfield School. Visitation Academy was the only all-girls high school to be recognized in its category.
