Physical education benefits all students. Stemming from a comprehensive PE experience as a student, a woman usually continues some form of exercise throughout her lifetime. Visitation is unique in that it is one of only a few schools in the region that requires physical education throughout Grades 7-12. Young women develop life-long skills during this period. A wide variety of sports are offered to students with the hopes that they will find one they will like and continue to do after graduation.
