Visitation Academy has created the Alumnae Network as an on-line gathering place for its alumnae. Visitation is committed to honoring the privacy of our alumnae so the Alumnae Network is password protected with only alumnae receiving login information.
The following privacy policy discloses our policies for information gathering and dissemination for the Alumnae Network:
Visitation Academy collects from its alumnae various contact information. All information provided to Visitation is completely voluntary. The Alumnae Network disseminates individual alum information to the community of Visitation alumnae through the on-line Alumnae Network. Each alumna has the ability to indicate which personal information they do not wish to share.
Visitation has provided several areas of the site in which alumnae are able to communicate with each other through Class Notes, Reunions and the Employment Network. The Visitation Alumnae Director reviews all postings to the Alumnae Network for content relevancy.
Visitation stores all alumnae information in secure databases protected via a variety of access controls. This data is accessed only for the purposes specified in this privacy statement.
Alumnae Use
The online network is to be used to communicate with each other not for business or solicitation purposes.
