Gleason Run
Visitation Academy invites individuals of all ages to participate in its 7th annual Molly Gleason 5K Run / Walk on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 8 am. Participants can run or walk on a course that starts and finishes at the Forest Park Upper Muny Parking Lot.
All proceeds benefit the Visitation Academy Molly Gleason Memorial Scholarship Fund. Established in 2004, the Molly Gleason Memorial Scholarship Fund is a tribute to the life of Molly Gleason, a 6th grade student whose brave battle with Leukemia began and ended that year. Molly’s parents, Brian and Mary Gleason have worked tirelessly over the past seven years to establish and increase the fund. We thank them for their unwavering commitment and support to Visitation!

The Molly Gleason Memorial Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to qualified young Christian women regardless of socio-economic background and life circumstances. Recipients must demonstrate financial need and may be enrolled in the Lower School or Upper School at Visitation Academy. Preference will be given to a daughter of a single parent in the Lower School.
