Our Admission materials and website provide an overview of the wonderful things Visitation Academy offers. In order to see the full spectrum of our programs, all applicants will schedule a shadow visit which will last from 7:50 a.m. until 2:45 p.m. Shadow Visits may be scheduled Monday-Friday (September 11-29) or Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday (October 3-November 15).

Students will be paired with a member of our sophomore class unless otherwise requested.

Families may also attend a group parent meeting. If interested, parents are encouraged to attend the same day as their student’s shadow VIZ-IT.

Call 314-625-9103 to schedule the Shadow Visit and Parent Meeting or click on the button below to fill out an online VIZ-IT request.

We realize that the Archdiocesan application to select a 1st choice high school is due November 15, 2017.  Visitation Academy also understands that an estimate of tuition assistance in advance of this might be helpful in your decision. If you feel your financial situation warrants, we encourage you to apply on-line for tuition assistance between October 2 and November 10, 2017. Doing so will allow Visitation Academy to review your tuition assistance application early, so that we can provide you with an estimated range of tuition assistance prior to November 15 when your daughter’s 1st choice high school form is due.

We strive to make the tuition assistance application process comfortable for our families, and please know that your application is confidential. We use School and Student Services (SSS) to process tuition assistance applications and provide preliminary data relative to your family’s financial need. To apply, visit https://sss.secure.force.com/familyportal to complete your Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS). The SSS portal opens October 2, and Visitation Academy’s school code is 1093. If you do not choose to complete your on-line application by November 10, then you should complete it no later than December 31. Late applicants will be considered if funds remain and may be placed on a waiting list.
