Congratulations to the Viz Middle School CyberPatriot team! (Pictured from left to right: Mia R., Mary Anne C., Zoe H., Allie F., and Olivia B.) They finished in third place in their division for the state of Missouri. The girls demonstrated outstanding technical skills, problem-solving, and teamwork, positioning them among the top teams in the CyberPatriot XV State round.
At the Upper School level, senior Kendall Stone, CyberPatriot president, invited a guest speaker to talk to Upper School CyberPatriot team members and computer science students. Cindy Goodwin-Sak, Vice-President of Global Sales Engineering at Anomali, a cyber security company, discussed her journey in the tech field and the importance of women pursuing this career path, shared her experience, and provided sound advice on career success.
Visitation Academy is an independent, private Catholic school offering a coeducational Montessori preschool and Kindergarten program, the area's only all-girl elementary program for Grades 1-5, and an all-girl middle school and all-girl high school.
