Each grade/class is represented in our silent auction with a class basket. More information on how to donate will be shared with you via your Class Reps at the start of the school year.
You can make a monetary donation online via the donation link
, or you can donate an item to be included in the basket. Please work with your class/room rep to coordinate the selection and collection of your donated item.
For the Wine & Dine Pull to be a success, we need lots of bottles of wine, red or white, with a minimum value of $25 and restaurant gift cards with a minimum value of $25. We also need several higher-end bottles and gift cards valued at $50 to $100 to give our bidders a chance to take home something really special.
If you are donating wine, please do not send bottles in with your daughter. They should be dropped off directly to the Upper, Middle, or Lower School office.
This year, we are introducing a friendly competition across classrooms in the Upper, Middle, and Lower Schools to help increase the number of items we have for the auction. Here are the details:
Dates of Competition: To be determined for the 2020-2021 school year.
What to Bring: An item for the auction. Big or small, short or tall, we will take them all. Gift cards, sports gear, home décor, and much, much, more!
Who Wins?: The US, MS, and LS class with the highest percentage of participation will win a special treat!
Bonus for Parents: For each item donated with a value of $50 or more, you will be entered into a drawing to be named a Safari Bronze Sponsor. This includes two complimentary admission tickets to the auction along with signage advertising your business or giving a special shout-out to your child/children. One winner/couple will be drawn from the US, MS, and LS.
Students can drop off items in the US, MS, or LS Office or the Advancement Office.
We’re looking for parents to host a sign up party! Get a group of friends together, be creative, and have some fun. You choose the place and all the details, including the maximum number of people who can attend and the price per attendee. Costs incurred for parties are the responsibility of the host(s), with all money raised going directly to our school. This is a great way to foster community spirit and have a blast, all while supporting our great school.
Senior parents - give your daughters the spotlight they deserve. To celebrate their years of hard work and all their high school accomplishments, we are offering the purchase of color tributes to our senior families. These special tributes, which can include messages and/or photos, will be included in the Safari Auction catalog. Families can choose a full-page ad for $100 or a half page ad for $50.
