Visitation Academy is committed to enrolling academically-driven, mission-appropriate students. We award over $1,000,000 in tuition assistance each year, with one in every five families receiving some form of assistance.
Viz supports our families in whatever way we can, especially now as our community is facing new challenges presented by COVID-19. We are one community, and we are in this together!
The lifelong impact and value of a Viz education cannot be measured. If you feel that Visitation Academy is the best choice for your child, don’t let financial need stop you from applying. Instead, please review the information contained under Tuition Assistance and/or contact Mrs. Sherry Williams, Director of Finance and Operations, at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss how you can afford a Viz education.
Please note that tuition for full-day Montessori, Kindergarten, and Grades 1-12 includes fees. Books and the laptop lease for Grades 6-12 are not included in tuition.

Living Our Mission
Visitation Academy is a community that exists to educate children and young women and to receive and share Jesus as Mary did in her visitation to Elizabeth. To this end, we are happy to offer tuition assistance for full-time enrollment to families who would not otherwise be able to afford the full cost of a Viz education. Tuition assistance is funded by both our operating budget and generous contributions from the Viz community and is based on demonstrated need and availability of funds, without regard to race, color, religion, ethnic origin, or disability.
Viz uses School and Student Services (SSS) to process tuition assistance applications and provide preliminary data relative to each family's financial need.
Visit https://sssandtadsfa.force.com/familyportal and complete a Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS). Visitation Academy’s school code is 1093; the PFS must be completed by December 31, 2021. Late applicants will be considered if funds remain and may be placed on a waiting list.
Please upload your 2020 IRS Form 1040 income tax return into the SSS portal (including all related schedules and W-2s). Similarly, please also upload your 2021 IRS Form 1040 income tax return and all related schedules when completed.
If you prefer to mail directly to SSS, please send your IRS Form 1040 income tax return and all related schedules, including the “Required Documents” cover sheet, when completed to:

Tuition assistance awards are contingent upon your providing the required tax documents. Award letters will be mailed to returning students in February 2022, and to new students with their letters of admission.
