Volunteerism in Action

Stephanie Muigai (Class of 2024) volunteers at Vitendo 4 Africa, a local organization that helps immigrants from Africa who have settled in the St. Louis area get established and thrive in their new community. Stephanie works and plays with the children of these immigrants every Saturday afternoon. Each year, Vitendo 4 Africa recognizes individuals and businesses in the community who have, through positive actions, stood out among their peers personally, professionally, and in volunteerism. During the organization’s annual gala on November 11, Stephanie was among those recognized for her volunteerism. Congratulations!
