The Fellowship Program

The Fellowship Program

The Viz Fellowship Program transforms curiosity into real-world experience. Beginning freshman year, students are guided through a personalized journey of self-discovery, career exploration, mentorship, and purpose-driven learning—an opportunity few high school students experience before college.

Through self-assessments, the Fellowship Speaker Series, and meaningful connections with alumnae and professionals, students gain exposure to diverse academic and career paths while discovering their own strengths and aspirations.

By junior and senior year, students design and pursue a customized Fellowship Experience alongside a mentor. Whether conducting independent research, exploring a career field, or creating a passion project, students engage in authentic, hands-on work that reflects their individual interests and future goals.

The experience culminates in a public presentation showcase, giving students the confidence to communicate their ideas, celebrate their growth, and demonstrate the depth of their learning.

Distinctly Viz, the Fellowship Program empowers students to graduate not only prepared for college, but with a clearer sense of purpose, direction, and possibility.
To support this experience, we will seek to connect our students with professionals in their fields of interest.
